New taxi law approved by Aruba Parliament

January 2003- New year brought light to Aruba’s Transportation law section, where the Parliament of Aruba agreed on the new taxi law.

The Taxi law will allow cabdrivers to carry 5 persons in a car, compared to seven persons in the past.

The Minister of Tourism and Transport, Mr. Edison Briesen is committed to excellence and with this new tax law the Government of Aruba ensures quality service to all visitors on Aruba.
