The first information and Survey Kiosk

The Aruba Cruise Tourism inaugurated the first Information and Survey kiosk in the cruise terminal with the sole purpose to serve the cruise clientele at their best.

The kiosk is equipped with motion sensors, which will activate and welcome the passing cruise guests to use the services. A total of four kiosks were installed, two in the main terminal and one in each of the other terminals.

Upon disembarking the cruise guests will have the opportunity to visit the kiosk and at simple touches gain access to Aruba information.

Added services include the Aruba DVD movie, next year’s activity programs to invite the cruise family to return to Aruba.

Before embarkation, the cruise guests are invited to fill out a questionnaire by only touching the screen.

The Information and Survey kiosk is fast and very user friendly.

The Aruba Cruise Tourism believes in the person-to-person approach and will maintain her PR Cruise Greeters at the Information booths.

With the Information and Survey Kiosk, the first ever in the whole Caribbean region, Aruba continues to strive and render to be the best in service.
