Familiarization Trips through the Aruba Cruise Tourism are made available only to Travel Agents who visit Aruba on a cruise ship. Hotel tours and complimentary island tours are provided to educate Agents on the destination’s accommodations, the Aruban product, and to promote future sales.

The Aruba Cruise Tourism in cooperation with Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association members will work together to be able to provide travel agents on a cruise with the opportunity to conduct site-inspections of on-island properties and accommodations.

30 minute inspections combined with an island-tour courtesy of De Palm Tours, and meal vouchers will be provided to travel agents who sign up for this opportunity on agents.aruba.com where PDF-request forms will be available for the agents.
