The award-winning flagship restaurant located in the clubhouse of Tierra del Sol, Ventanas del Mar, is buzzing with exciting new cuisine and, a nightly “Dinner under the Stars,” touch.

The new executive Chef, Mr. Jim Rooseman, created a wave of enthusiasm among the food and beverage team at Tierra del Sol when he arrived early February with fresh ideas and a new approach to international cuisine. 

In addition to the new menu, Ventanas del Mar restaurant is introducing a Surf and Turf special that will be offered on Wednesday night.

Every Sunday, look forward to “Tierra del Sol Rewind Sunday Supper,” which will have a three-course prix fixed menu.
