Aruba is the ONLY
PLACE IN THE WORLD where you can admire and own these unique pieces. The buds of the mopa mopa tree were boiled
to form a resin, to which artisans added natural colours. It was stretched by
hand and mouth. Tiny pieces were cut and repeatedly layered to form intricate
designs on a variety of wooden shapes. This was the very process used 2000
years ago and remains the same today.
